Returns and refunds

We accept returns of unused products in their original condition within 30 days of receipt, including change-of-mind returns. Please contact us before returning an item.

Returns must be sent to us by post. Customers are responsible for return postage for change-of-mind returns. If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will cover or reimburse the reasonable return postage cost.

We do not charge a restocking fee. Once the returned product has been received and inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method within three working days. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.

We also accept exchanges for another available product of similar value. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.

This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
